What is the felix 7 Day Happiness Guarantee?

The felix 7 Day Happiness Guarantee is available to you if you’re a new felix customer. To make a claim, you can contact us within 7 days of activating your SIM via live chat on the felix mobile app. See below for full terms and conditions.

Terms + Conditions

felix $35/mth Subscription plan
For personal use by approved customers only. You must supply your own handset in order to sign up to this $35 felix subscription (Subscription). Your Subscription and the inclusions will automatically renew on a calendar monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Subscription excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, and standard international calls and text. You must purchase a felix Unlimited International Calls and Text product in order to call or text selected countries overseas, and/or an International Roaming product if you wish to use data, call or text in selected countries overseas.

Minimum monthly spend and total minimum cost is $35 (Fee). Must connect for minimum one month. Recurring monthly subscription Fee charged in advance until you notify that you wish to cancel.

Data included in this Subscription is not shareable with any other subscription on your account and vice versa.

Data
Data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Unlimited data is available at speeds of up to 20Mbps until your next billing month. With 20Mbps you can stream music and high definition video, make a video call, browse the internet and catch up on social media, however downloading or uploading very large files may be slow to load. To find out what speeds of 20Mbps means for you, go to our Data Speed Guide. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage and if you are roaming. Tethering permitted to personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Fair Use Policy applies. See our Standard Form of Agreement



felix 7 Day Happiness Guarantee
The 7 Day Happiness Guarantee is available to new felix customers only. To make a claim and cancel your $35 felix subscription (“Subscription”) (including any add-ons), you must contact us within 7 days of activating your SIM via Live Chat either on the Felix Mobile App or through the website - felixmobile.com.au. We will refund to you 100% of charges paid by you (“Charges”), which may include Charges for your first monthly Subscription, Unlimited International Calls and Text product (if any), International Roaming product (if any), taxes (if any), and your shipping costs (if any). If a felix promotion has been applied to your Charges or shipping costs, only the actual amount paid by you will be refunded. We will refund all Charges back to your nominated credit or debit card held with felix. Unless you are transferring your number to another provider, your Subscription will be considered cancelled on the date you make your claim. If you are transferring your number to another provider you must do so within 5 business days of making the claim, in which case your Subscription will be cancelled once your number has been successfully transferred. If you do not transfer your number within 5 business days after making your claim, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If there are any Discounts on your Account that have been given to you by felix, they won't be refunded, exchanged or redeemable for cash when you claim. One tree a month - for every active customer
One tree planted for every month you're with us with an active $35 felix subscription (Eligible Subscription). Trees are planted by our vendor One Tree Planted, by forecast in advance or retrospectively, but usually within 18 months of each monthly Eligible Subscription, of varying species and in varying locations in Australia and/or around the world. We will provide you with general progress updates periodically. We make no representations or guarantee as to the health and lifespan of any tree planted, including whether any tree reaches maturity. For every month your Eligible Subscription is paused, a tree will not be contributed. If your Eligible Subscription is cancelled, your tree contribution will also cease. Felix Mobile reserves the right to change the environmental model it chooses to invest in, of which tree planting with One Tree Planted is an example. Subject to change. T&C apply.
