$20 felix Wallet Credit Survey Submission Offer Terms and Conditions

felix customers will receive $20 of felix wallet credit (Credit) when:

They submit the survey on felix product and services and activate their felix sim before the 31st of May 2024.

Eligible felix customers will receive the unique promo code to apply the $20 of felix credit to their felix wallet within 14 days of completing the survey. They must apply their unique promo code before the 30th of July 2024.

The submission of the survey form is deemed to be received at the time of receipt by TPG Telecom Limited trading as Felix Mobile and not at the time of transmission.

The following persons or entities are ineligible to receive the $20 felix wallet credit:

employees (and their immediate family and friends) of TPG Telecom Limited and its related bodies corporate; and

any persons or entities with a commercial relationship to TPG Telecom Limited and its related bodies corporate.

Each eligible felix customer may only receive one Credit during the Review Period.

The Credit can be applied towards your next felix purchase, such as your next eligible subscription renewal on any felix mobile plan (Eligible Subscription). Credit expires when your Eligible Subscription is cancelled. Credit cannot be transferred. Subject to change.
