$20 felix Wallet Credit Review Submission Offer May 2024 Terms and Conditions
Active felix customers who have been a subscriber of felix mobile for at least one month and have never paused their subscription will receive a promotional code for $20 of felix wallet credit (Credit) when they;
submit a review of felix mobile on https://www.productreview.com.au at the company's listing page: https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/felix-mobile and select 'yes' when asked if they have been offered a reward when submitting their review; and
complete the online form: https://vhavoiceofcustomer.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cAQNeHnzS2bXlCS
between 2:00PM (AEDT) on 09 May 2024 and 11:59PM (AEDT) on 31 August 2024. (Review Period).
Eligible felix customers will receive an email from felix mobile with a unique promotional code to apply the $20 of felix credit to their wallet within 14 business days of submitting the review and online form. Promotional code must be applied within the felix mobile app. The submission of the Online Form s is deemed to be received at the time of receipt by TPG Telecom Limited trading as Felix Mobile and not at the time of transmission.
The following persons or entities are ineligible to receive the $20 felix wallet credit:
employees (and their immediate family and friends) of TPG Telecom Limited and its related bodies corporate; and
any persons or entities with a commercial relationship to TPG Telecom Limited and its related bodies corporate.
Each eligible felix customers may only receive one Credit during the Review Period.
The Credit can be applied towards your next felix purchase, such as your next eligible subscription renewal on any felix mobile plan (Eligible Subscription) or felix add-ons. Credit expires when your Eligible Subscription is cancelled. Credit cannot be transferred. Subject to change.
