$20 felix Wallet Credit App Review Submission Offer (October 2023) Terms and Conditions

Active felix customers who have used the felix android app will receive $20 of felix wallet credit (Credit) when:  

• they submit a review of felix mobile at the company’s app listing: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=au.com.mach2.android&hl=en&gl=US&pli=1; and  

• they complete the online form: https://vhavoiceofcustomer.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_ehMZnwJ6k1JaenI (Online Form), between 2:00PM (AEDT) on 7 December 2023 and 11:59PM (AEDT) on 30 January 2024 (Review Period). 

Eligible felix customers will be rewarded $20 felix wallet credit within 14 business days of completing the Online Form acknowledging their submitted review. The submission of the Online Form is deemed to be received at the time of receipt by TPG Telecom Limited trading as Felix Mobile and not at the time of transmission.  

The following persons or entities are ineligible to receive the $20 felix wallet credit:  

• employees (and their immediate family and friends) of TPG Telecom Limited and its related bodies corporate; and  

• any persons or entities with a commercial relationship to TPG Telecom Limited and its related bodies corporate.  

Each eligible felix customers may only receive one Credit during the Review Period.  

The Credit can applied towards your next felix purchase, such as your next eligible subscription renewal on any felix mobile plan (Eligible Subscription). Credit expires when your Eligible Subscription is cancelled. Credit cannot be transferred. Subject to change.
