I haven't received the SMS to start my switch across to felix

The pre-switching SMS will be sent to your previous SIM card, so make sure it's still active in your phone. It can take up to ten minutes to receive. If you're currently on a prepaid plan, you shouldn't need to have any credit to reply to the SMS. The message is valid for 12 hours to reply to.
