What payment method can I sign up with?

We accept all valid Australian and internationally issued Mastercard or Visa credit/debit cards and PayPal. Note: If you’re using an international payment method, PayPal account or a card issued by some smaller Australian financial institutions, you’ll be required to do an ID check before activating your SIM. You can choose from a few different ID types including a Medicare card or Australian driver’s license.

Only visiting Australia? You can use your Foreign Passport with your Australian Visa, but you’ll need to do the ID check once you’ve entered Australia. The ID check is quick and easy to do, all via the felix mobile app.
