Refer a friend limited time offer terms and conditions

Existing customers on any felix mobile subscription plan (‘Subscription Plan’) and new customers who are provided a unique code by the eligible existing customer, and who sign up to and activate a Subscription Plan via our website or app by applying that unique code will receive the felix mobile Refer A Friend offer.

The Referee will receive 50% off their first 4 months with felix (‘Discount Period’). The Referrer will get up to $30 in their felix wallet, with $10 added each month for 3 months, provided the Referee remains connected during their Discount Period. (‘Offer’). This offer is available from 28/04/25 and ends 01/06/25 ‘Offer Period’) This Offer is available online only. Offer is not available for in-store purchases including retail outlets such as Coles, Woolworths and Officeworks.

Discount will be applied towards your next felix purchase, such as your next eligible subscription renewal on any Subscription Plan (‘Eligible Subscription’). You may share your unique code an unlimited number of times.

The unique code must be applied when signing up to a Subscription Plan and cannot be applied retrospectively. You can start referring after activation of your felix SIM. If your referred friend cancels their subscription by enacting the 7 Day Happiness Guarantee, the $10 discount will be removed from your felix wallet, and you will not receive the subsequent $10 payments in your wallet. Discount expires when your Eligible Subscription is cancelled.

Discount cannot be transferred. Subject to change. Minimum monthly spend and total minimum cost is $25, $30 or $40 (depending on the Subscription Plan). Referee cannot use this Offer in conjunction with other offers when signing up and activating a Subscription Plan. Recurring monthly subscription fee applicable to your Subscription Plan is charged in advance until you notify that you wish to cancel.
