What are Cookies and how do we use them?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit our websites or use our apps. They help us recognise your browser or device, remember your preferences, and make our services work more efficiently and personally for you. We use cookies to provide and improve our products and services, measure traffic patterns and site performance, deliver personalised content and advertising, and analyse usage trends to enhance your experience.

We refer to cookies and similar technologies together as “cookies” in this policy, except where we mention a specific type.

Types of Cookies We Use

We use four broad categories of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies enable core features such as secure sign-in, page navigation, fraud prevention and network management. Performance and analytics cookies help us understand how people use our sites and apps, measure visits and usage patterns, diagnose errors and improve speed and usability. Functional cookies remember your preferences and settings such as language, region and sign-in preferences to make your experience smoother. Advertising and targeting cookies work with our partners to deliver and measure digital advertising tailored to your interests.

Other Technologies

In addition to cookies, we may use web beacons, tags, and pixels to measure campaign performance. We also use local storage and unique identifiers for app functionality.

We may also log your IP address. Your IP address is your computer’s electronic internet address. We may collect your IP address to see trends, run the website, track user movements, gather broad demographic information and for security and analytical purposes.

We also use device and online identifiers (such as your IP address, device identifiers and similar technical information) to assist us to detect and prevent fraud, including by disclosing such information to fraud detection service providers.
