Eligible Customers will receive a unique discount code via email, enabling them to receive a free upgrade to the felix Unlimited data plan. To redeem, customers must upgrade within 14 days of receiving the initial offer (“Redemption Period”). Offer ends 14 days after the initial invitation is received via email or felix app message (“Redemption End Date”). To successfully redeem the offer, Eligible Customers must:

1. Upgrade to the Unlimited data plan via the felix app on their own volition;

2. Manually apply the unique discount code in the app; and

3. Remain connected to the Unlimited data plan for the remainder of their current billing cycle.

Once the offer has been successfully redeemed, the standard upgrade fee is waived, and the customer receives Unlimited data access for the rest of their current month. The next scheduled payment date remains unchanged and will be confirmed on the upgrade success screen.

Following the complimentary upgrade period, the customers subscription will automatically renew on the Unlimited data plan at a rate of $40 per month or as otherwise notified by Felix. Customers can choose to downgrade to another plan or cancel at any time with no lock-in contract.
