For personal use and by invitation only. Offer available to approved Felix customers who have an active Felix 25GB or 50GB mobile plan subscription (“Eligible Customers”) (“Eligible Plan”).

Eligible Customers will receive a unique discount code via email if they upgrade to the Felix Unlimited Plan within 7 days of receiving the offer (“Redemption Period”). The discount code can be applied to their next billing renewal (first full month) on the Unlimited Plan. Offer ends 7 days after receiving the invitation via email or the Felix app message (“Redemption End Date”).

To successfully redeem the offer, Eligible Customers must:

1. upgrade to the Unlimited Plan and pay the cost the cost difference between their current plan and Unlimited Plan;

2. manually apply the unique discount code in the app via “Settings” > “Apply Promo Code”, or by clicking the “Claim Now” button in the email, mobile notification, or in-app message before their next scheduled subscription renewal; and

3. remain connected to the Unlimited Plan for their next billing renewal.

Once the offer has been successfully redeemed a once-off credit equivalent to one month of the Unlimited Plan (monthly subscription fees) is applied to the customer’s next billing cycle. After the complimentary month, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard price (currently $40/month) or as otherwise notified by Felix. Customers may downgrade or cancel before the next renewal with no lock-in contract.
