Important changes to our Privacy Policy and Standard Form of Agreement

felix mobile is making important changes to its Privacy Policy. We have made these changes to provide more detail about how we use your personal information and how it is shared between our brands and subsidiaries in the TPG Group.

The updated Privacy Policy will come into effect on the 1st of May 2023. From this date onwards, use of services with felix mobile will be governed by the updated Privacy Policy.

The most noteworthy changes are listed below, however we encourage you to read the full version, which is accessible here.

• We have aligned the policy across each of the TPG Group brands, making it clearer and simpler for customers with multiple services across brands

• We have provided additional information about how we use your personal information, including how it is shared between brands and subsidiaries in the TPG Group

• We have made updates to support changes in our business, new features and to comply with changes to legislation

We are also making changes to clause 14 of our Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA) to reflect the changes we are making to our Privacy Policy. These changes will also apply from 1 May 2023. For an explanation of the changes and an updated version of the SFOA, please visit this link.
