We’re increasing the price of our 25GB and 50GB mobile plans

From 19 August 2026 the price of our 25GB and 50GB mobile plans will increase by $5/month to $30/month for the 25GB plan and $35/month for the 50GB plan.

Customers on the impacted plans will receive an email or SMS before the plan changes occur.

Your new monthly price will automatically apply on your next renewal date from 19 August 2026.

You can change, pause or cancel your plan(s) at any time, by heading to the felix app https://flx.mobi/felix


Why is this happening now?

We're increasing our 25GB and 50GB mobile plan by $5/month. This change will help us continue supporting your experience and our environmental commitments.


Will there be changes to my current inclusions?

No, your plan inclusions remain the same:

  • Unlimited std talk and text

  • Unlimited data banking

  • 5G/4G network (5G available in selected areas with a 5G approved device)

  • No excess data charges (If your included data and any available data bank are exhausted, speed slow to 1.5Mbps)

  • No lock-in contract


Fair use policy applies

Any add-ons, discounts, bonus data or promotional benefits currently applied to your service will remain in place. However, some of these benefits may be forfeited if you upgrade, change or cancel your plan.When will my pricing change? The change to your plan will automatically apply on or after 19 August 2026, based on your renewal date.


What happens to my direct debit repayments?

If you have direct debit set up, your direct debit payments will continue to cover your renewal as they do today.


Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan to another in the app. However, any discounts or offers you have may be forfeited if you upgrade, change or cancel.

Can I cancel or pause my plan?

You can cancel your subscription with felix at any time with no exit fees. You can also pause your subscription if you prefer for up to 119 days, after which time your account will be suspended.

To cancel, head to the felix mobile app > Settings > Phone and service settings > Cancel my service > Yes, cancel my service.

After cancelling, you can still use your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
