I'm getting slow speeds on Unlimited or Unlimited+, why?

You get speeds up to 40Mbps on our Unlimited plan or up to 80Mbps on our Unlimited+ plan. The actual speeds you experience may vary depending on factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage and if you’re roaming.

Your Mbps can alter depending on the traffic around you trying to access the same connection.
