How do I change my SIM type?

To swap from an eSIM to a physical SIM or vice versa, head to the felix mobile app and tap Settings > Replace or swap your SIM > Swap my physical SIM for an eSIM.

If you have an eSIM installed, you’ll see the option to Swap my eSIM for a physical SIM. From there, the app will guide you through the setup of your eSIM. You’ll need to be connected to WiFi to do so.
