How do I update my contact details?

To update your contact info from the felix app, go to Settings > Profile > enter security PIN sent over text message > update your contact info. Please note, you’re not able to update your first name, last name, date of birth or mobile number. If you would like to change the ownership of your account, chat in with us via the felix mobile app and we’d be happy to help. To change account ownership, you'll need to complete Multi-Factor Authentication.
