How do I upgrade to a 5G SIM?
If you have a 5G-compatible mobile phone but haven’t been able to access the 5G network, you might need to upgrade your SIM card. Don’t worry, it’s easy!
To get a 5G-compatible SIM card, make sure you’ve got the latest version of the felix app installed, and click on the option that applies to you:

Head to the felix mobile app
Tap Settings
Tap Replace or swap your SIM
