How often can I change or upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan in the felix app and won’t lose any data you’ve already paid for when doing so! If you upgrade, the change will happen immediately and the difference between your current and new plan choice will be billed in your next payment. If you downgrade, it will happen after your next payment.
