What is my felix wallet?

Your felix wallet is where your credit is kept. If you have credit in your felix wallet, it’ll automatically go towards any upcoming plan renewals, or you can put it towards buying add-ons.

How do I get credit on my felix account?

By successfully referring friends, as a gift on your birthday, or as part of a promotion.

You can also manually add up to $100 of credit to your felix wallet by making payments at any time. In the felix app, head to Settings > Payment info > Top up your felix wallet.
