Where can I find my referral credit?

You’ll find your referral credit within your felix wallet. Simply tap Your felix wallet at the bottom of the Home tab of the felix mobile app. Credit in your felix wallet is automatically applied to future renewals and purchases including international add-ons.

Expecting to see referral credit, but it’s not there?

If you can’t see any credit, we suggest confirming with your friend that they have input your code (and not a different promotion code), and have finished activating their SIM. If they’ve done that, please suggest they chat in with us so we can help them sort this out for both of you!
