If you've received the email
Ensure you’re clicking on the link from the most recent verification email from your mobile device only that has the felix mobile app installed
Ensure you have the latest version of the felix mobile app installed.
If you haven’t received the email
Check your Spam or Promotions inbox
Click on Verify your email in the app and check that the email address displayed on the next screen is correct. If it’s not, click Update email address to trigger a new email.
