felix mobile Approved Device List
In accordance with the Standard Form of Agreement, unless otherwise agreed with felix mobile in writing, a felix mobile SIM and/or eSIM can only be used with Approved Devices as specified by felix mobile.
The current list of Approved Devices is set out below (please click the relevant manufacturer below for details). It is important to note that an Approved Device will only be considered approved if:
it is included in the device list below;
its software has been updated to the most recent version available, and (for mobile phones) it has VoLTE 4G calling enabled in settings;
it is an Australian device model purchased in Australia; AND
it is not a Samsung, Sony or HTC device purchased from another Australian telecommunication provider before 2017
Felix mobile may add or withdraw devices from this list from time to time.
WARNING: Using a mobile phone on our network other than an Approved Device with the latest software installed and VoLTE 4G calling enabled may impact your access to critical features, in particular your ability to make calls to emergency services.
A felix mobile SIM and/or eSIM that is used in non-approved devices may be suspended by felix mobile, unless felix mobile has otherwise given approval in writing. Felix mobile may also block any such device from being used on the felix mobile Network. For more information about using a felix mobile SIM and/or eSIM with a device currently not on the Approved Devices list, please contact customer care on the website or via the app on live chat.
