Can I use an international phone with a felix SIM?

Most international phones are compatible with felix SIMs in Australia, because our SIMs connect to Vodafone’s 5G/4G network.

How to check if your overseas phone will work with a felix SIM:

1. Make sure your phone is on the approved device list.

2. Check that your phone is compatible with the felix network, so you can have the best possible experience. Your phone needs to support 4G data and calls (also called VoLTE), and be able to operate on all our supported network frequencies: 4G (LTE) network supported frequencies 700 MHz 850 MHz 1800 MHz 2100 MHz 5G network supported frequencies 700 MHz 850 MHz 2600 MHz 2800 MHz

3. Your phone’s network needs to be unlocked, so you can connect to our local network. If your phone is locked to an overseas network, contact your overseas mobile plan provider to get it unlocked from their network.
