How do prepaid plans work?

All felix plans are prepaid. With a prepaid plan, you pay for your service in advance.

You’ll make your first payment upfront when you sign up, and it will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle, unless you decide to switch your number to another provider, pause, or cancel beforehand.

Our no lock-in contract plans all last a full calendar month (no sneaky 28-day expiry).
